The most important takeaway from this video is to be aware of yours and others’ communication competencies. In order to adapt to the various people and situations throughout our lives, we intuitively know what’s appropriate and how to manage the interactions. What’s intuitive is framed by multiple contexts, and ultimately, is surrounded by culture. Culture is diverse, and therefore, every person has their own ways of adapting as such.
